Frieze 2012 will open its doors in London’s Regent’s Park as of Thursday next week (with a preview on the the 12th). Apart from more than 170 international galleries, the art fair will also present varied program of talks and specially commissioned artists’ projects(this year’s participating artists are Bik Van der Pol, Pierre Huyghe, Christian Jankowski, Oliver Laric, LuckyPDF, Peles Empire, Laure Prouvost and Cara Tolmie).

We particularly look forward to Frame, which is a part of the art fair dedicated to solo projects of artists presented by “young” galleries (existing no longer than 6 years). If you go, you should definitely check out these stands:
Wilfried Lentz from Rotterdam, presenting Italian artist Rosella Biscotti (already previously mentioned on the blog);
D+T Project from Brussels, presenting Spanish artist Elena Bajo;
Ramiken Crucible from New York, presenting Romanian-born and NY-based Andra Ursuta (see also our previous post).
Stay tuned for further article- and photo coverage of the fair, which we’ll do our veeery best to post already on the 12th in the evening.
