Even if you don’t dig his style, you gotta love the idea & topicality behind Alex Schaefer‘s series of paintings depicting various LA banks on fire. And we’re certainly not the only ones to think so: his paintings Chase Burning, above, has recently reached the price of $ 25.000 on Ebay – partially also through sudden interest triggered by interrogation of the artist by the LAPD.
